The Greek Jazz band The Next Step Quintet were announced finalists of the 'Made in New York Jazz Competition' in the category 'small band'. Soon, the judges and committee will pick the three winners and announce who gets to fly to perform in New York.

The Blues Foundation has announced the winners in the organization's 35th annual Blues Music Awards during their annual awards show, which was held Thursday, May 8th, 2014 at the Cook Convention Center in downtown Memphis, Tennessee.
