Fougaro is organising the third consecutive yearly Fougaro Jazz Festival and will be welcoming 4 musical bands from the Greek jazz scene on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October. Two evenings devoted to Jazz on October, 2015 at Fougaro — Asklipiou Street 98 Nafplion - 27520.47300 - Entrance free - start at 20:30 - FOUGARO JAZZ FESTIVAL #3 - Saturday 3 & Sunday 4 October 2015 - 4 musical bands from Swing through to contemporary Jazz!

The musicians will perform their own personal compositions along with favorite Jazz standards. On the second day, the Jazz festival will celebrate the Jazz movement known as SWING which became a distinctive and recognizable style in 1935 in the U.S. The term "Swing" refers to the style of cheerful and rhythmic Jazz music which also inspired the evolution of the dance.
