Guitarist, Educator

Born in 1979 in Athens and raised up in Volos city.At the age of six he started to play the piano.At the age of fourteen his interest turned to the electric guitar and self-taught participates in the local rock bands of his city.He continues his music studies in Athens with guitarist Grigoris Ntanis and at the same time he is in the Philosofical University of Athens following the bachelor programme in theatre studies
In 2006 he enters the conservatory of Utrecht in the Netherlands.He studies jazz guitar with Eef Albers and Wim Bronneberg.Workshops with Bert van den Brink,Jesse van Ruller,Lula Galvao,Jonathan Kreisbperg,Gilad Hekselman

After finishing his studies he is back in Greece working as an educator(teaching in music school of Larisa city,creating the lab of jazz improvisation in Volos) and musician performing in Athens and Volos with great musicians of the local jazz scene
In 2014 formed his own guitar trio (Konstantinos Manos-double bass,Thanos Hatzianagnostou-drums,)(under the name ”leoforio” and he is performing original compositions.
