Georgios Tsolis is a Greek jazz pianist who lives and works , the last 10 years in the Hague the Netherlands. He was born and raised in Argostoli in the Island of kefalonia ( West Greece ). He studied jazz piano at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and he holds a bachelor and master diploma in jazz piano performance from this institute. He is an active member in both the Dutch and the Greek jazz scene and since 2005 he performs Regulary within Netherlands and Greece.

Netherlands : 2010 North Sea Jazz Festival ( as a side man ), 2013Cutting Edge jazz Festival, 2013 “jazz on5’’ Jazz festival.
For His participation he received reviews from reputable magazines and newspapers both in Greece and the Netherlands.
The last 10 years he had the good fortune to meet work and attend master classes by musicians such as : Barry Harris, David Liebman, Brandfrod Marsalis, heijn van der geyn, John ruoco etc …..
His interest and love for jazz music is the guide for his musical choices and corporations. He is interested of composing his own music such as music for piano , jazz trio as well as orchestral music. Recently he is busy with arrangements for Big band.
In 2011 was released in Netherlands his debut album “ on the Way “,
In 2012 He composed his first orchestral work “Odyssey “ for string orchestra & big band witch he performed and he recorded live in the Regentes theater in the hague in june 2012.
