Jazz a Vienne  will be held form June 26 to July 11 (France). The 35th edition of a program always combines discoveries and the great masters of jazz.

If you are a jazz fan and enjoy hearing an amazing mix of musicians of all ages and styles, then you're bound to end up in Vienne for the annual summer jazz festival. Nestled snugly in the wine region of Cotes de Rhone, the beautiful French town is a beautiful setting for the event. The talent is exceptional, more than meeting the challenge set by the surroundings. Picturesque in the extreme, the main venue for the three week jamboree is one of France’s national treasures, a vertiginous 13,000-seat Roman amphitheatre stemming out of the rock and overlooking the town and the river. Each year’s line up features a mix of gospel, soul, funk, blues, groove and, of course, every possible flavour of jazz you can imagine. When the festival is over, you can hike in the French Alps or visit the beautiful city of Lyon, both in close proximity to this majestic musical event.
