Laurent Maur began his musical training at the age of 17 in various formations of blues & rock, up to the age of 22. Then he discovers jazz and play with CBB47 (big band jazz), Jacob de la fuente (byte-latin jazz), Pierrot and evil moons (Java-rock), padam Jazz (swing musette). In 2001, he produced with the encouragement of Toots Thielemans and with the complicity of Do Harson, the album “MANO A MANO”. In the process, he won the international competition harmonica Trossingen (Germany). And the adventure continues with tours and festivals, with Do Harson, Raul De Souza and Orlando Poleo (one of the masters of the Afro Cuban percussion.
